Tencent released Hy4 Preview, an open-weight LLM with 770B total parameters. The model uses 49B active parameters, supports a 1M token context window, and weighs 1.56TB on Hugging Face. It is a major scale-up from July's Hy3, which had 295B total parameters, and includes a reasoning_effort control in its chat template for high or no-think inference.
