Retirement: D-series, Ds-series, Dv2-series, Dsv2-series, and Ls-series Virtual Machines for Azure Batch pools

Azure Batch is retiring D, Ds, Dv2, Dsv2, and Ls-series VMs on May 1, 2028. Developers using Azure Batch pools with these older VM families must migrate to newer series before the deadline to avoid service disruption. This impacts developers running AI/ML workloads or other compute-intensive tasks on Azure Batch.
