AI-designed drug rentosertib shows early signs of reversing biological aging. Six independent aging clocks predict treated patients are up to six years biologically younger than placebo, based on a 42‑patient trial. The study, published in Nature Biotechnology, is the first human test of the drug, which has yet to be evaluated in healthy volunteers.
