Twilio MCP server

What it does

Connects an assistant to Twilio to send SMS messages and trigger programmatic calls — useful for building notification workflows and conversational outreach.

Like any MCP server, Twilio plugs into MCP-compatible assistants (such as Claude and other clients) so the model can use it as a tool — no custom integration code required.
